Pickup - Orders of 1 to 3 bins will have to arrange pickup at our location. Any area pickups will be confirmed by phone and may take 0 to 3 days to fill, based on supply.

Delivery - ***For delivery requests we have a minimum order requirement of 4 bins or more. Any orders being shipped will be confirmed and take from 1-5 days or have a delivery day arranged. Any deliveries before 10am scheduled has additional costs and risks mentioned below.

Shipments - You have a Forklift - Best option - cheapest and fastest delivery. Second best is off-loading by hand. We have two options with different pricing. If, as the buyer, you have helpers to receive the pumpkins as we hand them down that’s the same price as a forklift. If you do not have helpers and you need our team of pumpkin cuddlers to offload the precious gourds, we will apply the second option of delivery fees. Of course, we will help as much as possible either way. (2 average people can unload a bin of pumpkins in about 10 mins.)

We guarantee that every deliver has quality pumpkins with a possible few exceptions. We usually try to add an extra pumpkin to three to accommodate any bad or dropped pumpkins on delivery. We have a standard “Verify on delivery, No return policy” for delivered produce. Any produce not meeting our or your quality expectations should be communicated, so we can evaluate the best response for you the customer.

• Medium-Small (Volleyball size) - x70 guaranteed, possibly up to 80 per bin depending on specific size in that bin - $310

• Medium-Large pumpkins (Basketball size, best for carving) x40 guaranteed, possibly up to 50 per bin depending on specific size in that bin– $310

• Large pumpkins (Beach ball size) x20 guaranteed, possibly up to 30 per bin depending on specific size in that bin – $310

  Delivery Prices:

• Delivery up to 50 miles with offload assistance - $200

• Delivery up to 50 miles we unload - $225

• Delivery to Genesee, CO for mountain town pickup, hand loading (approx. 10 mins per bin) with offload assistance $225

• Delivery to Genesee CO Conoco truck parking for a mountain town pickup, hand loaded with no assistance $250

• Delivery up to 100 with offload assistance - $225

• Delivery up to 100 miles we unload - $250

• Delivery before 10am - additional $25 (affected by traffic, possible pre dawn loading and freezing temps risk for frostbite of top pumpkins)

  All sales are final upon receiving the product but we would like to know if there are any issues with the product and we stand by the quality guarantee.

Weather cancellations - We can deliver in most dry and semi-dry conditions.

• Freezing temps - Any early morning delivery in freezing temps can frostbite the top pumpkins of a bin. We do make an effort to reduce that affect, but do not provide an enclosed trailer (hence a competitive delivery fee) so we recommend taking them on another day (pumpkins can keep for 6 months or more if in a cool dry place and the skin is unscratched) if you can.

• Early Delivery requests - If you cannot receive them on another day for lack of storage options, then if we can arrive late morning (10 or 11 am) usually allows temps to pick up enough for safe travel. If you don’t have that flexibility we can deliver early and will hope for the best.

• Expected Variable - Usually each bin has a couple to a few extra pumpkins to account for a couple pumpkins possibly being bad or dropped by accident.

• Cancellation of your event - Any need for a weather cancellation of an order will be handled on a case by case basis. Pumpkins are easy to resell mid-month, but any larger orders (5 or more bins) in late October can be be challenging to resell. Each order after October 19th will be prepaid for delivery and in the case where the customer wants to cancel and doesn’t want to receive them to hand them out to guests, then we work out the refund on a case by case basis. If we can find another resale avenue, a full refund can be given. If we cannot resale them, then a partial refund may be worked out.
