Night to Shine

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older.

WHAT DOES NIGHT TO SHINE LOOK LIKE?

Night to Shine is a celebration! Although, every event looks a little different and is extra special, some of the elements included are a red carpet entrance complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoe-shining stations, limousine rides, corsages and boutonnieres, a catered dinner, dancing, karaoke, gifts, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, and, a crowning ceremony where every honored guest receives a crown or tiara.

HOW TO ATTEND NIGHT TO SHINE

To attend Night to Shine as an honored guest, you will register through Pursuit Church and once registered, we will provide all necessary information to you about attending Night to Shine on February 9, 2024.

Johnny PumpkinSeed

Johnny Pumpkinseed is a 501C3 nonprofit that operates to enrich the lives of Foster Care children and families and Special Needs children and families. We offer admission to our play area and a free pumpkin to kids and families for them to be able to experience moments of joy together in the fall without the overhead of expense. We feel like these people bring contrast and joy to our world and are often overlooked and marginalized. We know their situation has trying times that most are unaware of and if we can be part of generating a smile and moments of joy, we feel like that has value in the lives of the families who participate.

How do I participate in Johnny Pumpkinseed?

To participate we like to have your family registered to make the process easier. If your family qualifies as a foster care family we like to register you through a foster care organization like Root Hearts Ministry or another group. If your family qualifies as a special needs family we like to have you register through email with just your name and email address. Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
